From fulfillment operator to tech platform
2014-2025: Building TikiNOW Fulfillment
Started as Tiki's internal Fulfillment division, processing orders for Vietnam's leading e-commerce platform. Built warehouses, recruited teams, and learned logistics the most challenging way - operating it at large scale.
2023-2025: Expanding to serve External Clients
Opened Fulfillment network to external brands and e-commerce operators outside Tiki. Successfully onboarded 20+ clients in fashion, FMCG, electronics, and cosmetics sectors.
2024-2025: Productizing Our Platform
Realized our internal systems were solving many core problems for e-commerce businesses, began transforming our operational tools into a commercial platform—WMS, TMS, and Omni-Channel Sales.
2025: TigerTech Launch
Officially launched as an independent technology platform. Currently serving major brands and e-commerce operators in Vietnam with battle-tested logistics technology.
